Chongqing SMEs to issue private placement bonds
China Securities Regulatory Commission initiated private placement bond pilot projects for SMEs in June 2012. And Chongqing became one of the pilot cities in the first batch and signed cooperation memoranda with Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In order to make SME owners fully understand the innovative financial product and make full use of it, the Financial Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government invited principals of over 90 enterprises for a training meeting on SME private placement bonds the other day, and will issue the bonds within this year.
