Chongqing raises added value of non-public sector of economy

The non-public economic entities of Lidu New Zone, Fuling District, Chongqing in 2011 realized added value of 19.5 billion yuan, occupying 55% of the GDP with the support of policies.

In 2012, Lidu New Zone further implemented “getting rich by starting a business” project, encouraging people to run their own businesses and propelling the development of small and micro enterprises and striving to achieve non-public economic added value of 22 billion yuan.
